14 years (General trades)
18 years (Hazardous trades)

🔹 Educational Qualification
✅ Non-ITI Candidates
Passed Class 10 (Madhyamik/Matriculation)
Minimum 50% marks overall
Minimum 40% marks each in Mathematics & Science
✅ Ex-ITI Candidates
Passed ITI in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized institute
Minimum 50% marks in ITI
Must also have passed Class 10 with minimum 50% marks
❌ Candidates awaiting results or already holding National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) are NOT eligible.

Merit-based selection (No written exam)
Separate merit lists for:
Non-ITI candidates – based on Class 10 marks
