According to the KRCL Recruitment 2025, 10 vacancies are for Assistant Electrical Engineer, 19 for Sr. Technical Assistant/Electrical, 21 for Jr. Technical Assistant/Electrical, and 30 for Technical Assistant/Electrical.Interested candidates can attend the walk-in-interview at the designated venue in Navi Mumbai on specified dates in September 2025. Essential Qualification KRCL Assistant Electrical Engineer and Other Recruitment

  • Assistant Electrical Engineer:
    Full-time Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from AICTE-recognized university with minimum 60% marks.
    Experience: Minimum 6 years for Degree holders and 8 years for Diploma holders in Railway Electrification projects (OHE/PSI/Electrical General Services) in Indian Railways/PSUs/Metro or reputed private firms with minimum ?300 crore turnover.
  • Sr. Technical Assistant/ELE:
    Full-time Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with at least 60% marks.
    Experience: Minimum 1 year for Degree holders and 3 years for Diploma holders in Railway Electrification projects relevant to KRCL.
  • Jr. Technical Assistant/ELE:
    Full-time Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with minimum 60%.
    Experience: Minimum 1-year for Diploma holders in Railway Electrification/OHE/PSI etc.
  • Technical Assistant/ELE:
    ITI certificate from a recognized institute in any trade.
    Experience: Minimum 3 years in operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Technical Assistant/ELE 35 years

Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST candidates applicable.

  • Annual increment of 4% on consolidated pay on completion of each year subject to project requirements and the corporation’s discretion.

Selection Process KRCL Assistant Electrical Engineer and Other Recruitment

  • Preliminary screening of applications submitted in person.
  • Walk-in interview conducted by a nominated committee.
  • Merit list prepared based on interview performance, educational qualification, and post-qualification experience.
  • The decision of the KRCL committee shall be final and binding.
