Essential Qualification IREL Apprentice Recruitment

• Graduate Apprentices: Must have a BE degree in the relevant field like Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical.
• Technician Apprentices: Must have a Diploma in the relevant field like Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil.
• Trade Apprentices:
  • Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade like Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.
  • For Lab Assistant, a B.Sc. in Chemistry is required.
  • For PASAA, a certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant is required.

IREL Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit

The age limit for all candidates is between 18 and 25 years as of the last application date. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories. SC and ST candidates get up to 5 years relaxation. OBC candidates get up to 3 years, and PWD candidates get up to 10 years relaxation.

1. The selection will be based on a merit list.
2. The merit list is prepared based on the marks scored in the required educational qualification.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
4. A final selection depends on being found medically fit by the company's medical officer.
5. A Police Verification Certificate is also mandatory before joining.
