Salary (Pay Scale)

Selected candidates will get:

  • Basic Pay: ₹19,900 per month

  • Dearness Allowance (DA) as per central government rules

  • HRA if company quarters are not provided

  • Risk Allowance for explosive work

  • Night Duty Allowance (if required)

  • Annual Increment: 3% on basic pay

  • EPF benefits


Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

NCVT / NAC Certification in:

Primary Trade

  • AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant

Feeder Trades

If AOCP candidates are insufficient, candidates from these trades may be considered:

  • IMCP

  • MMCP

  • LACP

  • PPO

  • Fitter

  • Machinist

  • Turner

  • Sheet Metal Worker

  • Electrician

  • Electronic Mechanic

  • Boiler Attendant

  • Mechanic Industrial Electronics

  • Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

Preference will be given to AOCP trade apprentices.

Selection will be done in three stages:

Job Profile

  • 2 Months On-Job Training

After training, candidates will be assigned factory duties.
