Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division – Eastern Region, has released Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/ER/APPR/2025-26/1 dated 02 March 2026 for engagement of 150 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This is a great opportunity for ITI, Diploma and Graduate candidates to gain hands-on training experience in one of India’s largest PSU companies.
The apprenticeship training will be for 12 months, and selection will be purely on merit basis (no written exam or interview).

Fresher / Skill Certificate Holder

Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 24 Years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST – 5 Years
OBC-NCL – 3 Years
PwBD – 10 Years (Additional relaxation as per category)
Important Eligibility Conditions
✔ Graduate/Diploma candidates must have passed between 01.04.2022 to 28.02.2026
✔ ITI/12th candidates must have passed between 01.04.2021 to 28.02.2026
✔ Higher qualification holders (B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/CA etc.) are NOT eligible
✔ Only full-time regular courses are allowed
✔ Candidates can apply for only ONE discipline code

Selection based on percentage of marks in qualifying exam
Document Verification
Pre-engagement Medical Examination
Final selection will be purely on merit list.
Stipend
Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act rules and applicable government norms.
