HAL Operator Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • NAC (3 Years)
    OR
  • ITI (2 Years) + NAC / NCTVT (1 Year)
    in the relevant trade from NCVT-recognized institutes.

HAL Operator Selection Process 2025

The selection will be conducted only through a Written Test followed by Document Verification.

Monthly Pay Structure (C-5 Scale)
