Central Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2026
The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Central Railway has released the Sports Quota Recruitment Notification 2026-27 for 59 vacancies. The recruitment includes 21 Group C posts (Level 5/4 & Level 3/2) and 38 Level 1 posts across various sports disciplines.
Eligible Indian sportspersons can submit their applications online from 15 July 2026 to 14 August 2026 through the official RRC Central Railway website.

Age Limit
As on 01 January 2027
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
Candidates should be born between 01 January 2002 and 01 January 2009 (inclusive).
No age relaxation is available for any category.
Sports Eligibility
Candidates must possess recognized sports achievements earned on or after 01 April 2024.
Eligible achievements include participation or medal positions in:

- Commonwealth Games
- World Championships
- National Championships
- Federation Cup
- Inter University Championships
- World University Games
- SAF Games
- Hockey Champions Trophy
Sports certificates must be issued by recognized Sports Federations approved by the Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB).
