- Architectural Assistant: Degree in Architecture
- Legal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 3 years of experience
- Planning Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture
- Programmer: MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering with 1 year of experience
- Surveyor: Diploma / ITI in Surveying with 2 years of experience
- Naib Tehsildar: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
- Junior Engineer: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Deputy Director: Postgraduate Degree in relevant field with required experience
- Assistant Director: Degree in relevant field with required experience
- Patwari: Graduation in any discipline
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 12th Pass with typing speed (English: 35 wpm / Hindi: 30 wpm)
